Include the useful bits

When reporting a bug, it helps to include:

  • what you were trying to do;
  • what happened instead;
  • your Chunks app version and iPhone model;
  • steps that make the issue happen again; and
  • a screenshot, if it does not contain sensitive details.

Account & privacy

You can delete your account inside the app or contact support if you have lost access. You can also request access or correction of information associated with your account.

QUICK ANSWERS

Common questions

Chunks cannot hear my recording.

Open the iPhone Settings app, find Chunks, and make sure Microphone is enabled. Return to Chunks and try a short recording. You can always type into the same field instead.

My chunk does not fit the time I chose.

Choose “Modify this chunk,” select the time you want, and optionally explain what needs to change. Chunks will generate a replacement using that time and feedback.

I did something different from the assigned chunk.

Complete the reflection with what actually happened. Chunks is designed to adapt to reality, including when you did more, less, or changed direction.

How do I delete my account?

Tap the settings gear on the Chat screen, scroll to Data controls, select Delete account, and confirm. This permanently removes your account and associated Chunks cloud data. Cancel any Apple subscription separately in Apple’s subscription settings.

How do I report an AI response?

Email support with the mission type, the response that felt wrong, and what you expected instead. Remove any personal details you do not want included in the email.

URGENT OR HIGH-STAKES SITUATIONS
